The Permanent Secretary for interior Ministry and Coordination Dr. Karanja Kibicho has rubbished the Ruto Murder claims because no formal complaint has been reported to police and terms the allegations frivolous and lack essence.
While attending a function at the Shauri Moyo Administration Camp where he had gone to commission a borehole project, he termed the allegations as a creation and a fabrication of the media which he also says has given it undue coverage and attention which it doesn’t deserve.
He cautioned the media to be very wary of the information they disseminate to the public because they may the ones to blame for it.
“If someone wants to murder another person, the affected person should make a formal complaint and action be taken against the perpetrators. So, you don’t report serious and issues of national importance to the media but to the police then the media should take it from there” Mr. Kibicho said.
