KDRTV News Berlin-A Kenyan group which embarked on the presidential vote tally since Tuesday night has finally concluded their tabulations and put Raila ahead of Ruto.
Celebration and chants of we’ve won drowned the room where they had set a temporary tally center which had several computers which were manned by IT, Computer science students and Statisticians who worked day and night to ensure that the process was efficient and professional.
